King Power
king Power点火加强电脑,是对发动机动态特性研究的产物,该装置可以理解为一种放电式点火电脑,它通过先进的变频点火复合控制技术对汽油发动机行车时的不同工况对点火系统进行动态调整,让汽车发动机始终工作在最佳状态。
能使点火强度较原来提高1.5-2.5倍,它不仅提高了点火电压而且在每次点火放电的过程中都可产生多次连续的高压放电,具有极高的点火性能及点火精确性,使火花塞更好地工作。达到了赛车点火系统的标准。
在研发过程中我们除了做普通发动机厂台架试验外,还加了一项关键的试验,叫作“动态特性试验”,就是在恒定扭矩输出的情况下,迅速加油以考核发动机在达到所需转速的时间,即加速时间。同扭矩下加装有King Power的点火系统比普通的点火系统加速时间缩短百分之三十二。
King Power能够在3000转/分以下连续放3次火花,3000转/分以上为2个火花,从而延长了点火持续时间,使每个火花的强度较原来提高两倍以上,使汽缸内的可燃混合气充分有效的组织燃烧,以逼近最佳特性,发动机由低转向高转的过渡变得更加顺畅.发动机的中低转扭力得到显著提升,汽车的起步更迅猛,动态加速更强劲,油耗也相应减少.
车辆安装本品后,驾驶者立刻能清楚地感知到车辆有明显动力提升,油门轻盈,换档平顺。本品能使发动机燃烧充分,扭力强劲,使车辆的动态加速能力明显提高,能有效减少积炭,降低油耗2%-10%(实测),改善尾气排放。
(一)提升引擎效率,增强扭力,能解决起步、加速、爬坡无力等现象;
(二)全面提高汽车整体效率,节约能源,降低尾气排放、环保;
(三)调节引擎作用、减少积炭、降低噪音、使用越久,效果越显著;

(五)不分车型,任何汽油发动机均可使用。
发动机在不同工况、不同转速区间对点火角度、点火强度的要求完全不相同。传统点火改装产品(如:无内阻高压缸线、改装用火花塞及仿冒点火王动力复合仪等产品)均为无动态调节能力的初级改装产品,无法动态满足发动机在不同工况下的不同需求,因而无法使发动机持续工作在最佳状态。
King Power
King Power ignition-strengthening computer is a product originated from studying dynamic characteristic of engine, and also could be regarded as a computer of electricity-ignition. It will keep the engine in the best condition by using the advanced inverting-ignition-control technology to adjust the ignition system actively according to the different conditions of the vehicle when gasoline motor is in operation.
It will make the strength of ignition 1.5 to 2.5 times than usual. It will raise the ignition power and cause more continuous electric discharge in the course of each ignition, and own the excellent ignition function and exactness, thus causing the spark plug works better to reach the standard of ignition system of racing car.
During the developing course, in addition to the bench test for common motor, we have made a key test, namely dynamic behavior experiment, which means that with the constant torque output, we speed quickly to check the time when the motor reaches the required rotational frequency. This is what we usually called—“the total speeding time”. The needed time is 32% less than usual, if the King Power ignition system is installed under the same torque.
King Power can spark 3 times continually if less than 3000 r/min, but 2 times if more than 3000 r/min, so it will prolong the continuous length of ignition to ensure the strength of each spark and rise more than twice and get the inflammable gas mixture in the cylinder into full combustion so as to reach the summit. The transmission from low circle to high circle of the motor has become smoother: and the low and middle circle torques gets improved obviously so that the car can get starting more quickly, the dynamic acceleration has become more powerful and the oil consumption drops relatively.
If the vehicles have installed the King Power, the drivers can quickly and clearly aware that the vehicles have got an obvious improvement in power, in motor and in shifting. The product can get the motor into full combustion with more torque, so that the vehicles will improve the dynamic speeding ability, reduce the carbon deposition efficiently, obtain the oil consumption drop 2% to 10%( actually tested), and purify the motor vehicle exhaust.
Firstly, improve the engine efficiency, strengthen the torque, and resolve the problems such as powerless starting, speeding, climbing the slope and so on.
Secondly, improve the total efficiency of the vehicles wholly, save energy, and reduce the vehicle exhaust for environmental protection.
Thirdly, adjust the engine, and reduce carbon deposition and noise, the longer the vehicles use, the more obvious effect it will turn out.
Fourthly, improve the efficiency of all kinds of electric products, reduce noise and prolong the longevity.
Fifthly, the product can serve to any gasoline engine, no matter which kind the car is.
The requirement for the ignition angle and ignition strength totally varies when the motor meet different conditions and rotating speed sections. The traditional refitted ignition products (for example, high-pressure cylinder line without diffraction, refittedly-complicated products that mix the spark plug and ignition power) are the primang products with no dynamic adjusted ability, which can’t meet different requirements of motor under different conditions, thus impossibly causing the motor to be in the best condition.

我们知道,操纵节气门开度就能控制可燃混合气的流量,改变发动机的转速和功率,以适应汽车行驶的需要。传统发动机节气门操纵机构是通过拉索(软钢丝)或者拉杆,一端联接油门踏板(加速踏板),另一端联接节气门连动板而工作。但这种传统油门应用范畴受到限制并缺乏精确性,在日新月异的汽车电子技术发展形势下,一种电子油门(EGAS)应运而生。 与传统油门比较,电子油门明显的一点是可以用线束(导线)来代替拉索或者拉杆,在节气门那边装一只微型电动机,用电动机来驱动节气门开度。即所谓的“导线驾驶”. 其优点是: 1、比传统油门更省油.2、燃烧充分,排放更清洁.但也有致命的缺点--导致油门迟滞!
问题的关键在于此: 电子油门控制系统主要由油门踏板、踏板位移传感器、ECU(电控单元)、数据总线、伺服电动机和节气门执行机构组成。位移传感器安装在油门踏板内部,随时监测油门踏板的位置。当监测到油门踏板高度位置有变化,会将此信息送往ECU,ECU对该信息和其它系统传来的数据信息进行运算处理,计算出一个控制信号,通过线路送到伺服电动机继电器,伺服电动机驱动节气门执行机构.由于传感信号较弱ECU 不能迅速处理油门踏板的数据信息所以导致电子油门比普通拉索式油门慢半拍. 电子油门超感器内里收有智能电子集成系统,主要是用于收集重组油门踏板位置传感器信号,将重新整理后的油门信号传往计算机,ECU也相应的作出精确动作,从而将引擎的响应性提高50% .
由于安装此产品后的油门踏板灵敏度会有所提高,因此应重新熟悉引擎的特性,以便更好的驾驭车辆。
STRONG
( electric throttle super-sensor)
As we know, operating the Throttle Valve could control the float of inflammable gas mixture and adjust the engine’s speed and power in order to meet car’s needs for operation. The traditional engine throttle operating system works by connecting the accelerograph pedal (speeding pedal) with the throttle valve linking board through the trip line (soft rope) or pull rod. However, the traditional accelerograph’s appling range is confined and lack of exactness. Under the constantly-changed situation for the development of the vehicle electronic technology, EGAS emerges at the right time.
Compared with the traditional accelerograph , EGAS has got an advantage prominently, that is, it use conductor instead of the trip line or pull rod, and utilize motor to drive the throttle valve after a mini-motor is installed. It is so-called a ” conductor drive”. It has the following advantages: first, it will consume less gasoline than traditional accelerograph; second, it will lead to full combustion and more purified exhaust. But it also has a deadly fault—causing the accelerograph fall behind.
That is the point of trouble:
EGAS system mainly consists of accelerograph pedal, pedal displacement transducer, ECU, data line, servomotor, and throttle valve operating organization. The displacement transducer installed inside the accelerograph pedal is ready to monitor the position of accelerograph pedal. If the height gets changed, it will deliver the information to ECU. Then the ECU will deal with the information and other data information coming from other systems together, and work out a control signal, which is transmitted to the servomotor relay to get the servomotor to drive the throttle valve operating organization. Because of the weakness of sensor signal, ECU can’t deal with the data information coming from accelerograph pedal, thus causing EGAS a little slower than common trip line accelerograph. EGAS electric throttle has got an intelligent electronics collecting system which is used for collecting the sensor signals coming from refitting accelerograph pedal position, transmitting them to the computer, and ECU reacting to this new situation accordingly so that the sensitivity of the engine rises 50%.
The sensitivity of the accelerograph pedal will rise after installed with this product, so the drivers should be adjusted to the characteristic of the new engine in order to drive the vehicle better.
安装方法: 拔下原来的油门踏板传感器插头,将电子油门超感器插上即可.
Install method: Remove the sensor plug of the original accelerograph pedal, then insert the electric throttle of EGAS.
